How I got here

Twenty-nine years ago, I was in the same position you might find yourself in.

 My industry was under attack. Technology, government regulation, and stiff competition meant I needed to gain more control of my ability to run my business my way.

So, to stay sane, I created a new vision to help me. I became focused on ONE Streamlined Plan, The Asset CEO Advantage, which amplified our strengths, deflected the chaos, and put me back in control of our future.

Thanks to this plan, I created a system, The Asset CEO Method, that amplified team actions to get the outcomes we wanted to thrive in a small market.

We later sold our company for multiple seven figures because we had created a high-value asset built to run and thrive without me.

It started with ONE clear vision to stay on a path emphasizing our grassroots strengths of being a smaller business: The Asset CEO Advantage. Then, by implementing a meaningful action tool, which later became the Asset CEO Method, this method became more than a system. It is a competitive advantage—a proven, simplified way of managing my business that requires no special software to implement or extra time commitment from me, the owner. Efforts expanded exponentially, and we found it easy to 2x, 5x or 10x our positive results when the opportunities aligned.
